As a technical support and IoT sensor consultant, you are the point of contact for everything to do with sensors and the Internet of Things. You support our partners and your colleagues with existing use cases and inspire them with new ideas. You’ll also let off steam in the wide world of sensors and take a closer look at them.
Your tasks
Providing technical support to partners Configuring IoT sensors
Identify new use cases
Carrying out IoT hardware tests, e.g. LoRaWAN sensors and gateways
Creating documentation for the IoT hardware
Software tests and E2E tests for LoRaWAN sensors and devices
Who we are looking for
You already have some experience with IoT sensors and have a basic technical understanding
You are inspired by the possibilities of IoT and want to help shape future use cases
You work carefully and independently
Ideally, you have studied business informatics, industrial engineering or similar and ideally already have professional experience in the field of IoT, IT or software development
You have an affinity for technology and IT and can quickly grasp and understand complex issues
You are confident in front of customers and enjoy communicating with high-level decision-makers
It is important to you to maintain a good customer relationship
An advantage: Programming skills in C, C++, Golang, Python or JavaScript
You are business fluent in German and English
